Item must be unused and in the same condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. -
Digital files
Downloadable digital files are exempt from being returned. -
Partial refund
Only a partial refund can be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error. -
Notify of the approval or rejection refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. -
Approved refund
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. -
Shipping costs for item returning
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Refund will only cover the cost of the products and the cost of the first shipping. -
Shipping an item over $75
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
