What armies are included in the Noble Alliance in Bloodfields?

Noble Alliance is a great choice for players beginning their adventure with Bloodfields. It consists of three armies that can be used together or separately. Griffon knights are noble warriors known for their unwavering loyalty and willingness to lay down their lives in defense of their realm. The knight miniatures are heavily armored and wield a variety of weapons, including swords and maces. They are able to charge enemy lines or form a tight defensive formation to hold their ground. Redleaf Elves are also a force to be reckoned with on the fantasy Bloodfields wargaming battlefield. These graceful elf warrior miniatures possess a deep connection with the natural world and they use their knowledge and magical abilities to gain an advantage over enemies. The elf models themselves are tall and slender, with pointed ears and sharp facial features. They wear light armor that allows them to move quickly and quietly and they are expert archers. Wildwood Brotherhood is an army of rebels that have made their home in the depths of the forest. This army’s theme has elements of the Arthurian legends and Knights of the Round. It is made up of a wide variety of different races and they are united in a common cause - to protect the realm against the Legion of Death.

How to find the best strategy for Noble Alliance armies?

Armies from this realm feature some great synergies inside the armies. Warriors of the Noble Alliance rely on Inspiration to reroll some dice in their attacks and defenses but only if the number of inspiration tokens a unit possess is higher than their enemies in combat. This noble mechanic is complemented by the high armor value, healing capabilities, and the support of the power Trebuchet which can begin to wear down enemy forces right from the start of the game. Redleaf Elves in Bloodfields bring a lot of magic and ranged attacks. Their army mechanic allows them to strike first, even if an enemy charges right into them! Regular Elves can only perform this deed with ranged attacks, and the Highborn Elves can do so even with melee strikes. Wildwood Brotherhood has some complex strategies that will be interesting to any wargaming fan. Each unit, once per game, can perform a ritual that takes their entire turn. As a result, it can receive a blessing token. As long as a unit is blessed it can reroll some extra dice in its attacks. Additionally, once per game, a unit can get rid of the blessing to change two results on the dice to any other results providing a great push when it is needed. All in all, Noble Alliance armies provide some great opportunities to explore Bloodfields mechanics and have a wide range of interesting miniatures to make the games worthwhile.
